Packaging was a simple cardboard box. No retail packaging. The device requires to be connected to electricity all the time. The battery is just for safety. It’s very very slow. Requires to go through a window twice (dry then with cleaning material). It’s complicated to get it going on large windows because of the electrical cable which is short and heavy. Requires attention all the time. Cleaning is around 80%. . Corners aren’t clean. It’s ok – but I wouldn’t recommend
